Don Imus the radio guy always said "I'm not happy until you're not happy" on his show. A funny play on words but it's not the way we do business.

It's a simple pledge - If you are not 100% satisfied with any goods you purchase or services you receive from the OAFS we want to know about it. We we will do whatever it takes to try to make it right with you - period. "We're not happy until you're happy!"
