    A needed place! Please support them. River House, Inc. - formerly known as River House Shelter & Domestic Crisis Services - is a local nonprofit agency that serves victims and survivors of homelessness, domestic abuse and sexual violence in four northern Michigan counties.

   Scott Fly Rods, all of their models are hand made in Colorado, in the good old US of A. The fly rod with a soul. Take a look at their site and stop by the shop to cast one. You will be impressed.

   There are a lot of reel manufacturers in the market today, but year after year Ross Reels USA is recognized as the leading fly reel manufacturer in the world.

   This is the link to the Grayling Fish Hatchery, give it a visit and stop by when you in town. They have made some great improvements.

   The Au Sable Big Water Preservation Association is a great not for profit that drives the conservation and restoration projects on the lower Au Sable.

   A terrific group that supports women by providing opportunities for fishing and educational retreats.  We at the shop fully support any group that educates people in fishing.
