In 1990, Jim & Kitty Vincent founded RIO in the mountains of Idaho. Their business model was simple;  exceptional fly fishing products should be built by anglers for anglers. That is why 20 years later Rio is still producing top of the line fly fishing products. Rio's Passion for providing anglers with the best and most advanced fly lines and leaders will defiantly show in 2010. This year Rio has spent many hours incorporating technology such as DualTone color system and Welded Loops,  that were in the past only available on select lines, into many of their existing lines.
